Bill & Collect

Let Sierra Utility Billing handle all of your billing and collection needs. Our experienced staff will send all bills and late notices directly to your tenants. In turn,residents will send all payments back to Sierra Utility Billing Services for reconciliation. This comprehensive, turn-key plan lets us handle the billing and collection process for you, while still keeping you informed with our monthly reporting process.

Bill & ReconcileSierra Utility Billing Services will send out monthly bills directly to each resident, just like in the Bill & Collect plan. The difference is that your community office will be responsible for collecting from your tenants. Each month, we will provide you with a Reconciliation Report listing the amount that we billed to each unit. As tenants pay their account balances, simply check off their names on this straightforward report. Then, just fax us the report so that we can apply any necessary late fees and mail late notices to outstanding accounts.
